Will is the Executive Director for Endsleigh’s Education Division, with overall responsibility for the products and service provided to all new customers. Will also maintains a close relationship with a number of Education clients and strategic partners and has worked within the sector, for Endsleigh for over 20 years.

Since joining Endsleigh over 13 years ago, Carly has gained extensive expertise and knowledge in many different areas of education. Carly has been influential in the development of our Student Assistance Programme by working closely with student wellbeing teams to shape this service. Carly's passion for student wellbeing makes her one of our core experts in this field.
Senior Sales Account Manager, Education/Travel Division, Endsleigh Insurance
Toby has been with Endsleigh for over 9 years, his responsibilities include managing a team of insurance specialists which provides bespoke travel insurance products for a range of educational/travel organisations, partnering with the likes of language schools, tour operators, schools, colleges, universities, and accommodation providers. Toby’s area of expertise is predominately focused within the UK education sector for international students.
Research and Insight Manager, Endsleigh Insurance
Eleanor has 10 years' experience working in Data, Research & Insight, and specialises in Financial Service research. Since joining Endsleigh in 2022, Eleanor has led all product development & customer experience research, including the Student Happiness Index project, which is now in its second year.

Mark joined Endsleigh in 2019, where he works alongside Toby supporting educational/travel organisations by creating tailored travel insurance packages to offer their students and young travellers as a key value-added service. Mark has been an integral advocate of the Endsleigh Crisis and Repatriation Insurance, which has been specifically designed to support FE/HE institutions and focuses on extended welfare for international students and their families.
