Fees are charged to cover the costs involved in setting up, servicing and cancelling policies. Your insurer may also charge an additional premium if you make any changes to your policy.

Payments by credit card will incur a fee of up to 2.5%. We will always tell you what the additional cost will be before you pay. There is no fee for payment by debit card.
We charge fees to cover the costs of setting up, servicing and cancelling policies. This allows us to maintain high levels of service whilst we continue to invest in solutions to improve our processes and develop our communication platforms, allowing us to offer our customers increased flexibility and choice in how and when you contact us. All fees are retained by Endsleigh and are not payable to the insurer.
We will always be clear and transparent about our fees, providing information before you purchase and confirmation afterwards.
Mid-term adjustment fee - This fee covers the cost of servicing your policy when changes need to be made. e.g. change of address.
Duplicate document fee - This fee is charged if you request duplicate documents after the first 30 days of a policy start date.
Cancellation fee within 14 day cooling off period - This fee is charged if you cancel your policy within 14 days of the policy start date.
Cancellation fee after cooling off - This fee is charged if you cancel your policy after the first 14 days of the policy start date.
Termination fee - We may cancel your policy by sending you seven days notice in writing to your last known address. This will only happen if we find that information you have provided us with is incorrect and we are no longer able to offer you cover. We will refund any premium which may be due to you in accordance with the terms of this condition. In the event we terminate your policy a termination fee will be charged.
Administration fee - This fee covers the cost of setting up your policy and is applied to Home and Landlord policies that are transacted over the telephone (offline) and at renewal however transacted. The charge is applied to each individual policy.
