What does our culture look like?
Our business succeeds by allowing you to make your mark in the areas you care about most whether it’s personal development, volunteering, and fundraising for charity, or creating new solutions that address society’s greatest challenges. Because when you’re at your best, that’s better for us, for our clients and for you.
Feeling valued
We value a diverse and inclusive workforce and we have worked hard to build a culture that is welcoming and supportive. We do this by educating colleagues, partnering with charities and D&I experts and collaborating with HR to ensure our policies are current, relevant and work for everyone. We value all ideas from all our people.
Feeling supported
If you’re struggling, we listen. Your manager is always available to talk through any concerns, but if needed, you’ll have access to our Wellbeing Warriors, and a free, confidential helpline and counsellors, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your health and wellbeing is our number one concern.
