Frequently asked questions

How do I apply for a role?

You can apply for a role by emailing your application to recruitment@endsleigh.co.uk along with your application form.

How soon will I hear about my application?

You will receive an automatic response once the form has been submitted, and your application will be reviewed by our HR team as soon as possible. Timeframes may vary dependent on which role you have applied for. Due to the high number of enquiries we receive, it isn’t always possible for us to respond to every application. Therefore if you don’t hear from us, please assume that on this occasion you have been unsuccessful in your application.

What can I expect if I get to interview stage?

Unless told otherwise, your interview will usually comprise of a run through of your career history as well as a series of competency based interview questions. This is also a chance for you to find out more about the role and to ask any other questions you might have about working with us. If you are attending an assessment centre, these typically last for around 2 hours and will include a face to face interview, group exercise and an individual exercise.

What do I need to bring with me to an interview?

You should bring your passport or birth certificate and your National Insurance card as proof of work entitlement in the UK. Please also bring proof of qualifications from the last 5 years. We highly recommend that you get to know more about us and the role you are applying for before the interview so that you can ask any questions you might have and go away feeling you have all the information you need.
