We were established in 1965 by NUS to champion affordable insurance for students, when others wouldn’t. Today, we are still as committed to providing value for money. Using our expertise and dedication, we have extended our products and services to professionals as well as commercial and business customers, aligning our solutions to our core markets of education, property, travel and not-for-profit.

How do I apply for a role?

To apply for a role at Endsleigh you will need to create an account on our careers page or login to your account if you have previously registered. You can then review all of our current vacancies and apply by simply completing our online application form, and uploading a copy of your CV.

How soon will I hear about my application?

We aim to review all applications as soon as possible however timescales can vary depending on the type of vacancy and the volume of applicants. We aim to keep candidates updated throughout all stages of the process and this is usually via email, however you can also login to your account to view the progress of your application. We appreciate your interest in working at Endsleigh and the time taken to apply for a role, therefore we will always respond to all applicants regarding their applications.

What can I expect if I get to interview stage?

Unless told otherwise, your interview will usually comprise of a run through of your career history as well as a series of competency based interview questions. This is also a chance for you to find out more about the role and to ask any other questions you might have about working with us. If you are attending an assessment centre, these typically last for around 2 hours and will include a face to face interview, group exercise and an individual exercise.

What do I need to bring with me to an interview?

You should bring your passport or birth certificate and your National Insurance card as proof of work entitlement in the UK. Please also bring proof of qualifications from the last 5 years. We highly recommend that you get to know more about us and the role you are applying for before the interview so that you can ask any questions you might have and go away feeling you have all the information you need. Based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, our campus offers a variety of great perks for employees, including plenty of parking, a restaurant serving hot and cold meals and a deli that houses our very own Costa Coffee!
