Our panel members answered questions from the audience, considered current gaps and solutions for wellbeing provision, and explored what needs to change to ensure young people have swift and reliable access to wellbeing support.

Rose Stephenson

Higher Education Policy Institute (HEPI), Director of Policy and Advocacy

Rose Stephenson is Director of Policy and Advocacy at HEPI. Rose has worked in several aspects of education: online learning, outdoor education and as a teacher and Head of Science in secondary education before moving to the higher education sector. Rose held multiple roles at the University of Bath, overseeing policies and projects relating to the student experience. Rose’s role at HEPI focusses on policy; research; analysis; and creating policy recommendations.

Dr. Elizabeth Milovidov
Dr. Elizabeth Milovidov

Lawyer, law professor and child online protection expert. Founder of Digital Parenting Coach.com

Dr. Elizabeth Milovidov has advised government and child protection agencies, non-profits and think tanks on public awareness campaigns, research initiatives and public policy strategies related to digital safety, parenting, and wellbeing. She is an international speaker on digital parenting and her work has been featured in BBC, France 24, WSJ, Internet Matters and other media outlets and organisations focused on child online safety and digital parenting.

YoungMinds, Head of Training and Service Design

Hannah Kinsey is Head of Training and Service Design at YoungMinds and has been with the charity for 8 years. Hannah has over 15 years of experience in the young people’s charity sector having worked for the National Youth Advocacy Service, ChildLine, NSPCC, Kidscape and Parliament’s Education Service.

Bath Spa University, Head of Student Wellbeing Services

Sara is a student affairs professional with over 30 years experience of working in higher education. Leading a team of multi-disciplinary professional staff, Sara has leadership and strategic responsibility for safeguarding, accessibility and disability, mental health and wellbeing. She is passionate about the provision of enabling and agile services for university communities and the challenge of doing so in an ever-changing environment.

Richard Krytowycz
Richard Krytowycz

Health Assured, Senior Clinical & Development Manager

Richard has worked with Health Assured for over 10 years and is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) member, with a Certificate in Critical Incident Stress Management. He holds a Combined Honours BA in Psychology and Counselling, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Professional Counselling. Richard has overseen the development of student support services provided by Health Assured in partnership with Endsleigh and is the clinical lead for a number of our clients across the education sector.
