Endsleigh’s senior hires further enhance its depth and strength in the education and not-for-profit sectors
Endsleigh Insurance, part of the Howden Group, has announced a number of strategic appointments to further strengthen its expertise within the not-for-profit and education sectors and to underpin its growth strategy across these markets.
In a move to build upon Endsleigh’s approach to providing innovative insurance solutions and risk management and in response to our client needs for building long-lasting relationships with our customers and our partners. We welcome four new senior roles to the expanding Endsleigh team.
Phil Snow joins Endsleigh as Associate Director, Not-for-Profit Division. Phil brings a wealth of specialist insurance experience within the not-for-profit insurance sector and will lead Endsleigh’s not-for-profit and leisure trusts insurance business. Phil brings with him over 20 years’ specialist insurance experience working closely and consultatively with clients and partners across the not-for-profit, charity and leisure trust sectors.
Thomas Ware joins us a Bid Manager. Thomas spent more than seven years as bid manager at Marsh focussing on corporate and large and complex risks and brings a depth of experience in bid and project management and in identifying and delivering bid strategies for prospective and renewal business.
Scott Crichton joins Endsleigh as Senior Risk Management Consultant working across our education and not-for-profit sectors. Scott brings 16 years’ experience working within the health and safety and fire sectors across the financial services, NHS, and as a consultant for a large national health and safety consultancy. During his time as a consultant, Scott worked extensively with Independent Schools, Multi Academy Trust’s and Private Finance Initiative schools as well as with not-for-profit organisations.
Andrew Redmayne joins us as Claims Executive, Retention and Servicing. Andrew’s claims experience spans over 25 years and includes working as a consultant for UK markets specialising in strategy, operations and relationship management, and as Head of Claims UK and Ire for a Japanese multinational, focussing on general lines including commercial, personal and motor.
Endsleigh’s people first strategy continues to attract the very best external talent as well as strengthening capability by promoting talent from within the organisation, both of which are central to enabling an ambitious growth strategy. Further investment is planned in key capability to deliver value to clients and partners, while opening development opportunities within Endsleigh and the wider Howden Group.
