What if I can't afford my next Direct Debit payment?

Please visit your online account with Premium Credit: https://digital.premiumcredit.com/ where you can sign your Credit Agreements, make payments, view letters and statements as well as and make changes to your personal and bank details. 

Can I cancel my direct debit?

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Premium Credit Limited before cancelling your direct debit to ensure you don't incur any late payment fees. You can contact PCL directly on 0344 736 9814.
