Four lucky students win £50 a week for a year

Endsleigh Insurance, the No.1 student insurance provider in the UK, hosted a prize draw last term which gifted over £50 a week to a handful of lucky university students for a whole year.

The draw was launched as part of Endsleigh’s 2020 Freshers’ campaign and students from across the UK had the opportunity to take part. Endsleigh chose to give the remarkable prize to four students to help with the day-to-day cost of uni life.

Endsleigh’s Marketing Partnerships Manager, Adam Molloy, commented,

“We know the cost of uni can make things tough. So this year’s competition prize was about giving students a head start so they can spend more time on their studies and having fun, and less time worrying about whether they can afford their next set of academic books or food shop.”

Over 20,000 entrants chose to take part in the draw. One winner, Mollie H, from the University of the West of England said:

“I entered the Endsleigh prize draw on a whim as it took just a few minutes to complete and offered an amazing prize. I feel incredible to have won as I’m not usually a lucky person. I am so grateful for this opportunity because it has lifted a whole weight off of my shoulders, and will be life changing for me in my first year at university.”

Endsleigh are now looking forward to their next Freshers’ campaign and, alongside many students, are hoping to see some sort of normality return to education by the time Freshers' 2021 arrives.
