Wellbeing
Our wellbeing programmes are delivered in association with Health Assured, the UK and Ireland’s most trusted independent health and wellbeing provider. We currently provide 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support to more than one million students and pupils, supporting universities, colleges, and schools with their wellbeing provision.

Together with Howden’s Employee Benefits & Wellbeing Consultancy we support businesses, schools, universities, charities and not-for-profit organisations with creative strategies for a happy, healthy and productive workforce.
Research and insights
Our research and insights team create annual reports which underpin our knowledge of the education and charity sectors. These reports give us invaluable insights into the challenges facing our customers and allow us to tailor our solutions to better meet their needs.
Innovations in technology
Our independent schools’ insurance portal was the first of its kind, allowing parents and schools to effectively manage insurance cover through an online portal. Our My Endsleigh app enables students to confirm their insurance cover, save money on student-friendly insurance products and access 24/7 wellbeing support. The app was showcased when Endsleigh became finalists for the 2023 Tech and Innovation awards

Endsleigh recognises the importance and value of CSR and the positive impact it has for our people, our partners, our clients, and our local community. Our goal is to use insurance for good and become a sustainable business working in partnership with the student, education, and not-for-profit sectors. We have a corporate social responsibility mandate to drive meaningful employee engagement to positively impact the sectors we serve.
