We provide access to our experienced staff in our UK based call centres, giving you the option to speak to us seven days a week. We also have our own in-house claims department and head office staff who are available to answer any questions or queries you may have.
When you request changes to your policy, we update your files immediately and new documentation is sent swiftly.
Our charges are given at the point of sale and online before cover is agreed and are printed in your policy documents in our Status Disclosure.
