Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

An important update from our CEO

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves I wanted to take the time to let you know what we at Endsleigh are doing to protect our staff and keep our services running to support you with your insurance.

The health and safety of our employees is extremely important so, they have begun to work remotely. We’ve also cancelled any attendance at events in line with social distancing guidelines.
However, we want to reassure you we are still open for business and we will be operating as normally as possible for as long as possible.

We’ll continue to deliver the best service for as long as we can, our dedicated staff are still manning the phones. However, please bear with us if there is a longer wait time than usual.
If you need to change your cover levels or vehicle, or personal details such as your address or occupation, you may be able to do this via your online account, we also have agents available via the Live Chat feature on the website.

If your online account doesn't allow you to make changes to your policy online, please call us on 0333 234 1552.

Where possible please refrain from making payments by cheques and look to do this by card payment (or Bacs for business customers).
