Endsleigh offer two levels of cover, available for a period of 6 or 12 months (both polices will cover existing tenancies):

Legal expenses cover
Includes:
•    £15k worth of cover
•    Disputes relating to repossession/eviction
•    Disputes relating to the recovery of rent arrears
•    Legal costs and expenses for rent arrears and eviction
Excess is equal to one month’s rent

Rent Guarantee cover
Includes:
•    Recovery of rent arrears
•    Maximum 5 months
•    Excess is equal to one month’s rent

You must have a tenancy agreement in place and your tenant must have been successfully referenced.

Legal expenses cover
Includes:
•    £50k worth of cover
•    Disputes relating to repossession/eviction
•    Disputes relating to the recovery of rent arrears
•    Prosecution defence cover - if the tenant takes you to court
•    Accommodation expenses cover – up to £75 a day for a month while you try to regain possession of your property
•    Property damage, nuisance & trespass cover (£250 excess)
•    Legal costs and expenses for rent arrears and eviction (excess is equal to one month’s rent)

Rent Guarantee cover
Includes:
•    Recovery of rent arrears
•    Payment of 50% rent for 3 months between the successful eviction and finding new tenants.
•    Excess is equal to one month’s rent
