Landlord renewals

You can renew your landlord insurance policy online if all your details, including the card you paid with, have remained the same as last year. Please call us if anything has changed since you took out your insurance.

For example:

  • Changes to the tenancy arrangements, including addition, removal, or changes to the type of tenants
  • Any structural changes to the property
  • Change in the use of your premises for business purposes
  • Changes to your personal circumstances
  • New convictions including any pending offences or fixed notices for crimes such as theft or arson
