Trustees Indemnity (TI)

Protects Trustees, Officials, Directors and/or Committee Members in the event that they commit a wrongful act. Without this cover, Trustees can be held personally liable to the full extent of their wealth/assets. Often these policies can be extended to include claims made against the organisation (the entity) as well as an individual.

The definition of a wrongful act can include, breach of trust/duty, breach of care, misappropriation of funds and breach of health and safety.
