Event Insurance

Many voluntary organisations arrange fundraising activities to help generate income and raise awareness. Such events will often require Public Liability cover and Employers Liability cover to insure members of the public and any volunteers/employees for any injuries they may sustain as a result of the groups' negligence. Insurers can be very flexible with the types of events they insure; from raffles and games evenings to large annual fetes and open days. 

In addition, cover can also be sought for any contents and/or money that may be used during the events and also any cancellation expenses that may be incurred. Cancellation cover is particularly useful for larger events when a large sum of money has been paid out and will not be reimbursed if the event is no longer able to take place.
