Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd ('Endsleigh'), Shurdington Road, Cheltenham, Gloucester, GL51 4UE, is the promoter.
2. The prize draw starts on 1st of each month and finishes on the last day of each month, from 1st July 2009 to 31st May 2010.
3. One winner will be drawn at random during the first week of the following month.
4. Entry to this prize draw is dependent on obtaining a car, home or travel insurance quote from Endsleigh during the promotional period through www.endsleigh.co.uk/spurs, website links provided on the Spurs website or calling 0800 085 8913.
5. The Judge's decision is final.
6. One entry per person. Multiple entries per qualifying policy, and entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid.
7. Open to UK residents over the age of 18 years old only.
8. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition.
9. The competition is not open to employees of Endsleigh.
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone.
11. Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding.
12. Endsleigh accepts no responsibility for entries lost.
13. The competition is not open to employees of Endsleigh or Spurs Football Club
14. Endsleigh will not pay for, or arrange transportation, for the winner or winner's guest
15. The prizes are as detailed in the competition text. The tickets are for 2 Barclay Premiership tickets to see Spurs play at White Hart Lane. The tickets will be distributed within 7 working days of the winner confirmation. Signed shirts and balls are 2009/2010 versions and will be signed by the first team. These will be distributed to the winner within 1 month.
16. All attending should be either a Spurs FC supporter or a non biased supporter as NO other football colours may be worn in the prize winning seats
17. Endsleigh reserves the right to amend the prize draw and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, refuse entry to the prize draw, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the prize draw rules. Any amends to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website.
18. Endsleigh takes no responsibility for any entry not being possible due to technical difficulties including, but not exclusively, access to the website.
19. Entry into the prize draw authorises Endsleigh to publish the name of the winner.
20. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual's prior consent.
21. This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
