Normally, drivers have to be 25 and over to be able to be insured to drive a minibus. However, we have access to some minibus insurance schemes which can include younger drivers.

You must also be aware that the DVLA place certain restrictions on young minibus drivers.

In summary, you can drive a mini-bus if you are 21 or over and the minibus has a maximum of 17 seats including the drivers' seat and is not being used for hire or reward (payment where the operator of the vehicle receives a benefit).
