Case Study 2: Hull student falls victim - not once, but twice.

Whilst having a quiet evening in with her housemates, Karen, a Hull University student was unknowingly being stripped of her computer that she used for essential university work.

After receiving swift compensation from Endsleigh within a month of making her claim, the robbers were back, in exactly the same way as the first time, to steal the replacement.

Police believed they knew who the culprit was, but were unable to prove their case as the suspect was purported to be on curfew for previous convictions.

The student said that she was glad her father had thought to have her contents insured through Endsleigh, as it saved her from any further worry caused by the two incidents, and any further financial expense that the replacements could have cost.

It's vital that students discuss any concerns they might have about security with their landlord, or the relevant person within their university or college.
