No accounts mortgage

In usual circumstances when applying for a mortgage the lender will ask the borrower for details of his finances including the provision of pay slips or company accounts as proof of their level of income.

However there are occasions whereby this is not possible and effectively you will need a form of “No Accounts Mortgage” such as a self employed mortgage or self certification mortgage.
