All star signs can be lucky if they choose the correct UK mortgage

It doesn't matter what sign star homeowners are as they are still likely to find a good UK mortgage deal by shopping around rather than relying on astrologic luck.

A survey by National Savings and Investments (NS&I) suggests that Taureans, which include the Queen and Bono, are the luckiest people and are more likely to come up with a Premium Bond winner.

Cancerians, which covers Sir Richard Branson and the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker-Bowles, came in second in the lucky stakes, followed closely by Aquarians.

Meanwhile, Scorpios such as Prince Charles and Bill Gates and Sagittarians like Kenneth Branagh and Brad Pitt, are the unluckiest signs for 2005 when it comes to getting a return on their bonds.

However, simply relying on luck to ensure that investments offer a good return is not advisable and anyone thinking of purchasing a house or remortgaging is advised to do their research rather than just hope for their best.
