Standard Cover

Low cost fixed price regardless of rental amount

  • Up to a limit of £15,000 cover
  • Legal costs to recover possession of your property
  • Legal costs to recover rent arrears from your tenants
  • Protection to pay rent arrears owed by your tenants while we deal with a claim for repossession
  • Rental Payments covered for up to 6 months (max £2,500 per month)

Gold Cover

Price subject to rental amount

  • Up to a limit of £50,000 cover
  • Legal costs to recover possession of your property, to evict squatters and to recover rent arrears
  • Protection to pay rent arrears owed by your tenant while we deal with a claim for repossession
  • After vacant possession has been obtained, 50% of monthly rental will be paid for up to 3 months until new tenants found
  • Legal costs to defend any legal action taken against you
  • Hotel expenses for alternative accommodation while vacant possession of your property is being recovered
