Terms and Conditions

1. Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd ('Endsleigh'), Shurdington Road, Cheltenham, Gloucester, GL51 4UE, is the promoter.
2. The prize draw starts on 1st September and closes on 1st January 2010.
3. One winner will be drawn at random within 1 month of the closing date of the competition.
4. The Judge's decision is final.
5. One entry per person equates to one entry in the prize draw. Multiple entries and entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid.
6. Open to UK residents over the age of 16 years old only.
7. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition.
8. The competition is not open to employees of Endsleigh or NUS.
9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
10. Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding.
11. Endsleigh accepts no responsibility for entries lost.
12. The prize of £1000 (one thousand pounds cash) is non-transferable. Provided to the winner by cheque or BACS payment.
13. Endsleigh reserves the right to refuse entry to the prize draw, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the prize draw rules.

15. Entry into the prize draw authorises Endsleigh, NUS and carefully selected third parties to publish the name of the winner.
