If you have received the message telling you that the details you have entered do not match those held on our system, check that the policy number, date of birth and postcode you have entered are those of the policyholder.
Either home or insured address postcodes (if different) should work for most policies, however, if you are a student living away from home then it is your term-time accommodation postcode that you should enter.

Use the link "Add a policy" to add the missing policy to your online account, you will need your policy number to do this.

It can take between 30-60 seconds for some policy documents to be retrieved and displayed in Adobe Reader.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox 2/3, Internet Explorer 7 or similar 'tabbed' browser, then the policy documents should appear in a new tabbed window.
