I am having trouble logging in to my online account

If you have already created an online account for a policy you hold with Endsleigh, then provided you enter your correct username and password you should be able to login.

Please check that the username and password you have entered are spelt correctly, and that the password is as you set it up, passwords are case sensitive.

If you have not set up an online account, you will need to do so by registering for an online account using your policy number.

I am having trouble registering for an online account

If you have received the message telling you that the details you have entered do not match those held on our system, check that the policy number, date of birth and postcode you have entered are those of the policyholder.

Either home or insured address postcodes (if different) should work for most policies, however, if you are a student living away from home then it is your term-time accommodation postcode that you should enter.

My username does not work

Please check that you are inserting the correct username. Should you not know this, or are still experiencing problems, please call 0800 328 2443 (8am-9pm Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday & 10am-6pm Sunday) to speak to a member of the Customer Service Department.

My password does not work / I have forgotten my password

For a reminder of your password, simply click the 'Forgotten Password' link at the log-in screen. Insert the username that you registered with, and the password reminder will be sent to you instantly.

I have logged in but my policy is not listed

Use the link "Add a policy" to add the missing policy to your online account, you will need your policy number to do this.

I am a student and I cannot register using my home address

If you are trying to access your student contents insurance documents, the system will only recognise your term-time postcode.

I am getting an error message when I try to open my policy documents

I cannot add my other policy to my online account

This could be due to a slight variation in the policy addresses. In this situation, please contact a member of the Customer Service Department on 0800 328 2443 (8am-9pm Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday & 10am-6pm Sunday) or email us to advise us of your problem*.

I have renewed my policy, what is my new login password?

After renewing a policy, the login/password will not change.

When I click to view my policy nothing appears to happen

It can take between 30-60 seconds for some policy documents to be retrieved and displayed in Adobe Reader.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox 2/3, Internet Explorer 7 or similar 'tabbed' browser, then the policy documents should appear in a new tabbed window.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or earlier - a small pop-up window should appear into which the pop-up will load. For these browsers, please check your pop-up blocker settings should this new window not appear.
