Arsenal Insurance Services Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd (‘Endsleigh’), Shurdington Road, Cheltenham, Gloucester, GL51 4UE, is the promoter.
2. One winner per month, from all the entrants, will be drawn at random around on the 1st of every month (if it falls on during normal opening working hours) or the nearest working day to the 1st.
3. The prize draw finishes 1st May 2008.
4. The Judge’s decision is final.
5. The details you have provided will be used by Endsleigh Insurance services Ltd in association with Arsenal FC to send you the information you have requested. We may wish to contact you by post, email or telephone. By providing your contact details when completing an online quotation you are consenting to be contacted about that quotation. We may also wish to use your details to let you know about other products and services offered by this company and other companies in the Endsleigh Group, full details available on request, Arsenal FC and carefully selected third parties. By providing your contact details you are consenting to be contacted for such marketing purposes.
6. Competing the entry monthly prize form equates to one monthly entry in the prize draw for season 07/08. Multiple entries or entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid.
7. Winners will be automatically removed from any of the remaining prize draws.
8. Open to UK residents over the age of 17 years old only.
9. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition.
10. The competition is not open to employees of Endsleigh or Arsenal Football Club.
11. All Winners will be notified by email or telephone.
12. Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding.
13. Endsleigh accepts no responsibility for entries lost.
14. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
15. Ticket winners and their guest’s are subject to the terms and conditions Arsenal ticket rules.
16. Endsleigh reserves the right to refuse entry to the prize draw, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the prize draw rules.
17. Entry into the prize draw authorises Endsleigh and carefully selected third parties to publish name of the winners.
18. No purchase is necessary.
