Each housemate will have £3,000 worth of contents cover anywhere in the shared house, and can then choose to extend their policy just to insure the additional items they have such as laptops, bikes and mobile phones.

Student properties and university accommodation can be very busy places and we know that not all thefts are the result of breaking through a window or door. An opportunist thief may simply take advantage of an unlocked door or open window whilst you are in the kitchen or other communal area e.g your laptop is stolen when you are visiting a friend across the hall.
Endsleigh is one of the few providers that will cover these situations!
We do ask, that if you leave your room or shared house, that you take reasonable care and secure all external doors and accessible ground floor windows if the property is going to be left empty.
