14 day cooling off period.
You are entitled to a 14 day 'cooling off' cancellation period from the time you receive your policy documents. If you cancel your bike insurance policy within this period an administration charge of £5 will be made in addition to a charge relating to the time you have been on cover. If your Policy has been terminated following a claim no refund will be due. We reserve the right to terminate your Policy following a total loss claim.
