Home emergency cover
Home emergency cover gives you the added peace of mind of 24 hour ‘first aid protection’ for your property so tenants can make the call and start to get things sorted for themselves. Including up to £500 for call out charges, labour, parts and materials. Central heating failure due to cold weather periods, burst pipe damage, blockage or flooding of drains, break in, vandalism and damaged locks, plus emergency alternative accommodation for your tenants if the home is uninhabitable.
