14 Day cooling off period
You have the right to cancel your contract of insurance within 14 days starting from the day you receive your Landlords Policy, by you notifying us. We will refund your premium, less a charge for the period you have been insured, together with a £5 administration fee, unless your Landlords Policy is being cancelled following an accident or claim, in which case no refund will be due and any outstanding payment must be paid. We reserve the right to terminate your Landlords Policy following a total loss claim.
