Submitting a claim online is quick and easy
Just complete our online form and we will contact you within two working hours to either settle your claim, or advise of the next steps.
For motor claims, we will call you within 30 minutes providing your claim is made between 7am and 11pm.

Upon submission of the form, you may be asked to email us the relevant proof of ownership for any lost items, along with the police loss report or crime reference number as applicable.
Household - for household or possession claims, acceptable proof is considered a receipt, manual or box for electrical items, or a photograph of jewellery or articles of clothing, as applicable.
Don’t worry if you are unable to supply the relevant documents at this time, just tick the box indicated on the form and we’ll contact you to discuss your claim further.
For motor claims, you may be entitled to a replacement car. We will arrange this with you when we call.
