In addition, we’ve recently been chosen to provide a range of key products in partnership with Zurich. This growth is impacting all areas of our business from Finance to HR through to the call-centres, as well as our ever growing IT centre of excellence.
Here at Endsleigh we’re proud of consistently being at the edge of developing IT solutions that meet our customers’ needs, as one of the first insurers to provide an online insurance application tool. From the outset we looked to develop our own systems and web platforms, from the call-centre sales and quotations systems through to our integrated aggregator platforms.
With our customers quickly transferring the majority of their activity online, we are constantly looking to keep our IT systems up-to-date and developing new solutions that will enable us to react in real time with changing insurance products. It’s certainly an exciting time here in the IT world of Endsleigh, with the added impetus of the Zurich partnership we are eager to engage the best talent in the market to join the team.
